 I am so pleased you found me. My approach to therapeutic bodywork is simple. I want you to feel empowered, relaxed and energized at the end of each session. I want you to know that I honor and take seriously your life goals and will help you think about them as we work together. I want you to know that as you heal, I heal. We are inherently connected. I know that there is no separation between our mind, body and spirit. When one is out of balance, all are out of balance.
